For more than forty years, Pinnacle Development Group has bought land, entitled it and built on it across Fort Myers and Southwest Florida. Originating with new home construction, where its principals have built more than 400 homes collectively, the firm has grown into a diversified portfolio of raw land, residential and commercial properties, and has taken part in major development projects across the region.
Custom homebuilding
More than 400 homes built collectively by our principals. Today Pinnacle serves as general contractor building luxury custom homes in River Hall Country Club, more than 20 of them and counting, and will build at Eagle Crest Estates in Buckingham next.
Land development
We focus on land in the path of growth and carry it through planning, zoning, entitlement and construction ourselves.
Investments
Local knowledge and long-standing relationships bring us deals before they are widely marketed, and we hold land until its best use is clear.

David Kraizgrun
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Over forty years in real estate finance and development across Southeast and Southwest Florida. A Georgia Tech civil engineer, licensed general contractor and real estate broker, David guides the firm’s strategic direction and identifies new development and investment opportunities.
Katelyn Leibowitz
PARTNER
Oversees financing, marketing, sales, design and leasing, with prior roles at Walton Development, Kitson & Partners, ARA Newmark and CohnReznick. A licensed building contractor, Katelyn holds a finance degree and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
Sean Leibowitz
PARTNER
Oversees construction, legal and marketing activities, with prior roles at CamberView Partners (now PJT Partners), NextEra Energy and Capital One. A licensed building contractor, Sean holds a finance degree from the University of Florida, a JD and a Master of Laws from Georgetown.
